About 360 Haircare

360 Haircare is a Malaysian premium haircare brand powered by honey and backed by science. We create high-quality, trichologist-informed haircare products and sell directly to customers via TikTok Shop, Shopee, and our own website. We are expanding our affiliate & creator ecosystem and looking for someone to own and grow this channel.

What You'll Do

Strategy & Setup

Develop and implement an affiliate strategy for TikTok, Shopee and our website (DTC). Set up, monitor and optimise affiliate commission structures, campaigns and incentives. Coordinate with the marketing team so affiliate pushes align with launches and promotions.

Creator & Affiliate Management

Source, evaluate and onboard new affiliates/creators, especially on TikTok. Manage daily communication with affiliates: briefs, guidelines, updates and reminders. Build long-term relationships with top-performing affiliates and propose retention ideas.

Performance & Operations

Create and maintain tracking sheets for affiliate links, codes, sales and payouts. Monitor performance (clicks, CTR, conversion, sales, AOV) across all platforms. Prepare weekly and monthly reports with clear insights and action points. Work with the team to ensure accurate and timely incentive/commission payments.

Brand & Compliance

Ensure all affiliate content follows 360 Haircare brand guidelines and platform policies. Review creator content for accurate and responsible product claims.
What We're Looking For

Experience in

affiliate marketing / influencer marketing / partnerships

(e-commerce or beauty is a bonus). Strong understanding of

TikTok

,

Shopee

, and basic

website/DTC

funnels. Comfortable with data and tracking: Google Sheets/Excel, basic performance analysis and reporting. Good communication skills in

English

& Bahasa Malaysia. Organised, proactive and able to handle multiple creators and campaigns at once.
