About the Role

• We are looking for a creative and results-driven Affiliate & Marketing Executive to help grow and enhance our e-commerce stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing affiliate programs, planning marketing campaigns, and optimizing online store performance to boost sales and brand visibility.
• Experience in e-commerce marketing (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
• Knowledge of affiliate and influencer marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO, keywords, and campaign analytics.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Bonus Skills
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Photoshop).
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) Ads .
• Understanding of branding, product positioning, and customer engagement.
• Proficiency in English and Malay (Mandarin is an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow affiliate programs across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Collaborate with influencers and content creators to drive traffic and conversions.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (flash sales, vouchers, ads, and promotions).
• Work closely with the design team to develop engaging visuals and product content.
• Monitor and analyze performance using Shopee Business Insights, TikTok Analytics, and other tools.
• Create performance reports and suggest improvement strategies.
• Research competitors and identify new market opportunities.
