Affiliate & Sales Executive

to grow and manage our affiliate network, boost sales performance, and execute creative marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, screen, and onboard new affiliates. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners. Motivate and retain affiliates through engagement activities and incentive programs. Organise and conduct weekly engagement or training sessions for affiliates. Plan, execute, and optimise marketing strategies on TikTok and Shopee to drive sales. Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and affiliate activities. Monitor and analyse affiliate performance (sales, clicks, conversion rates) and prepare reports. Suggest and implement strategies to maximise affiliate ROI. Ensure affiliate activities comply with company branding, SOPs, and legal guidelines. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, finance) for smooth campaign execution. Handle affiliate queries, disputes, and payment matters professionally. Stay updated with the latest affiliate and e-commerce trends, especially TikTok Shop and Shopee.

Requirements & Skills

Minimum

1 year of experience

in sales, affiliate marketing, or e-commerce. Strong knowledge or hands-on experience with TikTok Shop & Shopee. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently or in a team. Experience in managing affiliate networks or influencer programs is an advantage.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
