Support the planning and execution of creator programs across multiple platforms.
Work closely with program leads to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and traffic KPIs.
Collaborate with the analytics team to maintain real-time dashboards and monitor program performance.
Compile and analyze performance data to generate insights and recommendations for program improvement.
Assist the budget team in tracking creator spending, monitoring cost efficiency, and maintaining accurate records.
Contribute to forecasting and reporting efforts by preparing data inputs and scenario summaries.
Coordinate with internal teams and platform partners to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of creator initiatives.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Experience in KOL management would be an added advantage.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Innovative problem-solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly.
Team player with an aptitude for work and the drive to constantly outperform KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Excellent command of English, with the ability to converse fluently in other languages (eg: Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) will be an added advantage to effectively communicate with KOLs and internal stakeholders.
