Based in Melaka Key Responsibilities: * Proposes upgrade /service module / solution to client
Carries out after-sales activities (face to face meetings, phone calls, presence in trade shows) in accordance with a pre-established Individuals Business Plan or project
Receiving and making after sales calls for guarantee or warranty call-outs
Strengthens relationship with existing accounts and develops new accounts to grow Muehlbauer branding of target market in ASIA
Completes and submits expense reports, forecasts sales reports as required and on a timely basis
Follows all Muehlbauer corporate culture positively and correctly
Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the industrial automation or manufacturing industry Strong technical knowledge and understanding of industrial automation products and solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to efficiently handle customer issues Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering or related university program certificate Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken Have we raised your interest?
