Job Designation: Equipment / Aftermarket Sales Engineer(s) (SE/ASE)

1. OBJECTIVE
Equipment Sales (SE)Develop new & maintain existing customers, promote FS Curtis compressed air product & solution to achieve sales revenue set for the given territory. Maintain good customer relationship with all existing customers and increase customer shares, with create customers' need that improve customers' productivity.Aftermarket Sales (ASE)Develop, maintain and expand aftermarket sales, both in customer shares and market shares from existing customers of FS Curtis compressed air product & solution to achieve sales revenue set for the given sales territory. Maintain good customer relationship with all existing customers, especially Key Accounts and increase customer shares, with create customers' need that improve customers' productivity
2. JOB DESCRIPTION
Aggressively explore the given territory to identify new segments & new customers who could benefit from the assigned FS Curtis products, generate new sales opportunities. (SE)
Aggressively explore the given territory to promote the aftermarket products to the customers. (ASE)
Plan and organize sales activities, service arrangement, solution presentation...etc. to identify and fulfill customers' needs and transform the opportunities to sales orders.
Gains customers' acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operational improvements in using FS Curtis products. (SE)
Gains customers' acceptance by explaining or demonstrating the importance of routine, preventive maintenance and overhaul in upkeep the product quality and reliability. (ASE)
Periodically perform SWOT analysis for own territory, competition analysis, potential market volume, current market share and customers' feedback.
Prepares sales activities reports timely and accurately by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information, engineering and application trends.
Cooperate with credit & finance department to improve the performance of receivables collection & reduce overdue.
Cooperate with service operation and business support teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
Work together with superior to promote to next level. (Career progression)

3. WORKING EXPERIENCE
2-5 years in technical / industrial sales and / or aftermarket sales.

4. KNOWLEDGE & SKILL
Industrial equipment / aftermarket sales handling
Selling to Customer Needs
Service Ladder Sales
Sales Presentation Skill
Product knowledge
Computer literate (Words, Excel, Power Points etc).

5. EDUCATION BACKGROUND
Degree or diploma holders in technical discipline.

6. PERSONALITY
Good working attitude & persistency in pursuing own goals.
Strong customer focused.
Result oriented with a clear focus on the given targets.
Analytical person with innovative problem-solving ability
Must be able to work independently and as a team player
Optimistic and willing to find solution when facing obstacles
A person with Pressure Resistance

7. WORK STATION
Shah Alam, Selangor
May require to travel within Peninsular Malaysia from time to time for short duration.
