Job Title: After-Sales Engineer (20Hcs)Job Responsibilities: * Responsible for providing equipment application training to customers;
- Responsible for on-site process debugging and optimization of the equipment;
- Coordinate and address customer feedback, providing effective technical support;
- Responsible for equipment fault analysis and troubleshooting.
- Over 1 year of experience in after-sales service for equipment, though outstanding fresh graduates are also considered;
- Strong communication and execution abilities, team-oriented, willing to travel, and able to work overtime and night shifts.
