About the Role

Position Objective:

Accountable for AD overall budget management (GOE) and report (GOE & ARE) analysis. Maintain confidentiality of relevant process and record

Roles and Responsibilities:

AD GOE Budget Management

  • Assist in managing AD GOE budget including tracking & monitoring, to ensure the overall expense within +/-10%
  • Prepare the relevant budget for the division \xe2\x80\x93 IT & Fixed Asset
  • Budget accruals management
  • Budget reclassification & capitalisation management
Monthly Expense Report - GOE, ARE & Individual Staff Expenses
  • GOE & ARE expense deck, highlight the unusual expenses & etc
  • Assist in the tracking & report for Gift Shop Expense Analysis
  • Monthly individual staff expenses report, including AD staff travel expenses (petrol card + car maintenance) yearend report for EA under BIK/Perquisites
  • Quarterly expense study report, provide updated information as per the latest TOM
Daily Payment Process Management \xe2\x80\x93 Agent & ARIBA
  • To ensure the expense is within the allocated budget, type of fund and expense category is accurate.
  • Ensure the accuracy of charging details such as supporting documents, biz case/ER, ROA, expense compliance & etc before any PR raise
  • TAT for Daily Payment Process for both Agency Callidus and Vendor Payment to be kept at 3 working days
  • Handle relevant enquiries
Sales Staff Entitlement
  • Maintain an up-to-date listing as per movement and identify the entitlement category & status
  • Petrol card maintenance & management i.e. new application & activation, card lost, replacement, renewal & etc.
  • Ensure the monthly payment settled on time to avoid the account being barred from usage
Job Requirements/ Experience:
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in supporting role, preferable with accounting & finance experience
  • Detail oriented
  • Organizational Skills
  • Good in Excel
  • Able to work under pressure and minimum supervision
