About the Role

JK Integrated Planning Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven and goal-oriented

Agency Growth Executive

to join our office-based team in

Subang Jaya

. You will play a key role in recruiting, guiding, and developing new agents, ensuring steady agency growth and long-term success. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about leadership and professional development within the insurance and financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively recruit and onboard new insurance agents. Support new agents in completing licensing requirements and onboarding processes. Monitor and guide agent performance to meet company standards. Collaborate with management to implement growth strategies. Maintain a strong, positive, and professional agency environment.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, or insurance preferred (motivated fresh graduates are also welcome). Strong interpersonal, communication, and team leadership skills. Organized, proactive, and performance driven. Able to work full-time from the office in Subang Jaya and manage follow-ups efficiently.
