Job Overview

Ar Rasyidin Consultancy is a fast-growing, high-performance agency under AIA Public Takaful.

We are looking for a full-time Agency Recruitment Executive who will be responsible 100% for recruiting new Life Planners, expanding our team, and driving agency growth.

This role requires someone who is energetic, disciplined, proactive, and passionate about speaking with people every day.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment activities. Source and approach potential recruits through social media, calls, messaging, and networking. Conduct interviews (online & physical) for potential candidates. Follow up closely with candidates until they complete exam registration & onboarding. Build and maintain a strong recruitment pipeline. Assist in organising agency recruitment events, roadshows, and career talks. Prepare recruitment reports and update management daily/weekly. Ensure monthly recruitment targets & KPIs are achieved.

KPI Expectations

30-50 outreach/messages per day. 8-12 interviews per week. 4-6 recruits pass exam per month. 2-3 new active agents join monthly.

Requirements

Minimum 1-3 years experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, HR recruitment, or similar roles. Strong communication skills (Malay & basic English). Confident in speaking, approaching people & handling objections. Familiar with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook). High discipline, energetic & result-oriented. Able to work on-site full-time at Denai Alam / Shah Alam. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: RM3,000 - RM3,500
