About the Role
1) Assist with regionals and companys function
2) Preparing report for agencies
3) Assist agencies for follow up on operational matters
4) Take care of agencies offices related matter
5) Keep track of departmental budgets
Roles and Responsibilities
- To assist Agency Executive team in preparing sales meeting report, agency planning and review materials, keeping track on the sales activities to ensure on timely delivery of info and for easy retrieval.
- Assist Agency Executive office in agencies offices related matter
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma with minimum 5 years of working experience in an administrative function
- Certifications/licenses - LOMA Course
- Proficient in Excel / Word / Power point
- Proficient in English, Malay and Chinese will be an added advantage
