Sales Executive (kl/ Penang)
Job Description
??Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities
??Business development in seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
??Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
??Establishing and managing relationships with customers in need of the firm’s freight transportation services
??Represent the firm in negotiating and building relationship with shippers and carriers
??Require skills : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
??Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
??Follow up and monitoring customer outstanding payment
Candidate MUST have an experiences in Forwarding industry
