We're looking for

Agent Sales Executive

who is confident on the phone, comfortable presenting to agency teams, and focused on driving sales. This role is ideal for someone who can handle both outreach and support tasks also want to make a direct impact on revenue.

Build and maintain strong relationship with clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns and offering timely solutions to ensure satisfaction and loyalty Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations that highlight our platform's value and encourage sign-ups or purchases Manage the sales pipeline by tracking and prioritizing leads, following up on opportunities, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, stay current on market trends, and refine sales strategies

Requirement

Prior experience in sales or business development, preferably in a related industry, with proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills with the ability to anticipate client needs and offer effective solutions Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently Skilled in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team

Bonus If you Have

Experience giving product demos or presentations Experience in the real estate industry or a good understanding of property agent market

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,300.00 per month
