Description

Primary Objective:

Train, coach and guide teams through the Agile implementation process and encourage Agile Squad Leads, Chapter Leads and team members to embrace the Agile way of working. Equip Agile teams with the right knowledge, tools and training to use Agile to its full potential to achieve the common objectives. Support a culture of learning and encourage behaviours towards continuous improvement through providing and receiving regular feedback in a structured loop. Use techniques to improve collaboration and transparency and help build a culture of experimentation and innovation
Key Responsibilities:






Coaching Practice & Capability

  • Facilitation - Facilitate leadership and team discussions with leaders and members. Able to adapt existing facilitation techniques to other situations.
  • Teaching - Deliver training at leadership and team level. Adapts existing training to meet context.
  • Servant Leadership \xe2\x80\x93 Guide the team through continuous improvement. Serve the teams. Aware of own EQ strengths and opportunities.
  • Coaching/Mentoring - Guide teams within a Tribe/CoE through conflict. Able to ask powerful questions that will move the team forward. Demonstrate ability to influence change across multiple teams.
  • Business Mastery \xe2\x80\x93 Sufficient understanding of the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s business strategy and domain to help guide the team. Able to guide the team and leaders what is valuable.
  • Technical Mastery \xe2\x80\x93 Sound understanding and practical application know-how of techniques that might help the team improve and articulate the ideas to the team.

Agile Coaching
  • Coach Squad Leads, Chapter Leads and teams to improve their Agile practices and mindset.
  • Employ teaching, mentoring, and professional coaching techniques as appropriate for the circumstances and people to increase the Agile knowledge, mindset and execution of Agile values and principles.
  • Share innovative thinking and ideas from the Agile community to increase agility.
  • Draw from multiple frameworks and developmental models to provide a customized coaching approach to team / individual.
  • Incorporate strong and fast feedback loops in the coaching practice to improve both the agility of the coaches and the coaching itself.
  • Lead by example in displaying Agile behaviours.

Agile Training
  • Conduct organization-wide Agile training.
  • Lead internal training, partnering with other coaches to continuously improve the existing training material content and delivery.
  • Develop new modules or sessions for additional target audiences, circumstances or learning objectives.

Continuous Improvement
  • Own the Agile and design thinking processes in close partnership with Design Team.
  • Create and update adequate documentation for new recruits onboarding and reference.
  • Employ data driven, continuous feedback techniques to improve the process to maximize value delivery across teams in various places on the Agile maturity journey.
  • Actively look for ways to improve Agile processes.





Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - .

  • Certified Agile Coach and/or Scrummaster (highly preferred)

Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 working experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, patience and ability to work with diverse personality types
  • Strong disposition of continuous learning throughout career
  • Excellent team-working, collaboration and problem solving skills
  • Results oriented and customer centric
  • Excellent written and verbal English
Self-reliant, assertive and open for changes
