Hiring Agile Project Manager

Job Location:Kuala Lumpur

Qualifications / experience

? Professional qualification in project management is required (e.g. PMP, Prince2) and Agile (eg. Agile SAFe, Scrum master or Kanban)

? Minimum of 8 years of total IT experience and a minimum of 5 years as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years in a senior SM role. Proven experience managing multiple agile teams, agile transformations and complex projects.

? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree / Master's is a plus.

? Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM II), or equivalent. Advanced certifications (e.g., SAFe Agilist) are a plus.

? Proficient with agile project tracking tools such as Jira, Jira Plan, Jira Dashboards etc.

? Familiarity with common agile engineering best practices

? Working experience in a distributed team setup

Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
