5. Ensures farm work done according to standard and as informed ???????????????

? Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field. ??3???????????
? Candidates with greenhouse experience will be given priority. ???????????
? Initiative, responsible and good working attitude. ???????????????? ? Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines. ??????????????
