Senior Accounts Executive - Manufacturing (Johor)

Location: Seelong, Senai, Johor

Salary: RM5,000 - RM5,500

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30AM-5:00PM

Industry: China-based manufacturing (BBQ pit production)

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience in accounting/finance for manufacturing industry (AR, AP, GP) Hands-on experience with Autocount / ERP / Kingdee Mandarin proficiency (written & spoken) to liaise with China HQ Nice to have: e-invoicing experience
Job Responsibilities:

Reconcile AP/AR with Autocount / ERP / Kingdee Coordinate with warehouse & purchasing teams for stock alignment Maintain fixed asset register, depreciation, tagging Support internal stakeholders on finance-related matters Review & enhance financial control processes Ensure compliance with accounting standards & corporate policies Assist Finance Manager with ad-hoc tasks

Senior Accountant - Pasir Gudang (Manufacturing) (Basic up to 10k)

Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor

Salary: RM7,000 - RM8,000

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30AM-5:00PM

Perks: EPF, SOCSO, 13-month salary, meals provided

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing accounting Ability to speak Mandarin (liaison with China stakeholders) Familiar with SAP system
Job Responsibilities:

Prepare & analyse financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cashflow) Assist with tax submission & regulatory filings Maintain accurate financial records & compliance Provide financial support to cross-functional teams Inventory & asset management Cost calculation & analysis Contribute to budgeting & financial strategy
Accounts Assistant - AR & Credit Control - (Basic up to 4k)

Location: ( Taman Perindustrian Kota Puteri, Masai, Johor )

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00AM-6:00PM

Level: Entry-level / Fresh grads welcome

Requirements:

Minimum SPM, must have studied Accounting Fresh graduates encouraged to apply Basic Excel & accounting knowledge is a plus
Job Responsibilities:

Handle AR: billing, invoicing, payment recording, reconciliation Monitor outstanding balances & follow up on overdue payments Prepare statements of accounts Assist in reviewing credit limits & applying credit policy Support additional accounting tasks when required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
