Position Overview

As an AI Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure AI powered applications that solve business challenges, streamline operations, and bring innovation directly into the logistics and supply chain world. Your work will directly impact how thousands of shipments move across the globe every day.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy AI integrated applications. Identify opportunities for AI/ML automation in business processes and propose data-driven solutions. Build and integrate machine learning models (custom built or API based) into scalable applications. Translate business requirements into technical specifications with AI feasibility assessments. Research emerging AI technologies (LLMs, computer vision, predictive analytics, etc.) for continuous innovation. Coordinate tasks and deliver AI driven solutions within project deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills

Core Technical Skills

Proficiency in Python and .NET Core (C#). Strong experience with Vue.js and MVC frameworks. Expertise in MS SQL database design and optimization. Minimum 2 years software development experience.

AI/ML Skills

Advanced Python programming for AI/ML development (NumPy, Pandas, etc.). Experience with AI frameworks, Cloud AI services, LLM integration, Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics.

Personality Skills

Ability to explain AI concepts in simple terms to non-technical stakeholders (eg. operations, sales, customer service) Strong analytical and problem solving mindset for AI system troubleshooting in dynamic logistics environments Balances independent execution with effective collaboration across IT, operations, and business teams

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
