We are seeking an experienced

AI Automation Developer

to join our growing team. This role requires solid technical expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation frameworks, with a strong ability to translate business requirements into effective, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions tailored to business and client needs. Build and optimize machine learning models, NLP pipelines, and automation frameworks. Integrate automation solutions with APIs, enterprise systems, and third-party platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities. Develop and maintain end-to-end automation workflows using AI, RPA, or low-code/no-code platforms. Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of deployed solutions. Provide technical input and guidance to junior developers and interns. Research emerging AI tools, frameworks, and industry trends to continuously improve solution offerings. Create technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and user guides for developed solutions.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years focused on AI, ML, or automation projects. Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript, with hands-on experience in AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, spaCy, NLTK). Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Make, Zapier) or custom-built automation systems. Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or generative AI applications is an advantage. Proficiency in API development and system integration. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for AI/automation deployments. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
