Develop and design engaging and effective conversational scripts for robot caller systems.
Ensure scripts are clear, concise, and align with business objectives and user needs.
Regularly update and refine scripts based on feedback and performance data.
Logical Reasoning:
Utilize rigorous logical reasoning to anticipate and address various user responses and scenarios.
Design conversation flows that handle edge cases and maintain a natural conversational tone.
Attention to Detail:
Ensure high accuracy and attention to detail in script content and flow.
Perform thorough testing and validation of scripts to identify and fix issues.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, business analysts, and customer service representatives, to gather requirements and insights.
Participate in team meetings to discuss script improvements and share progress updates.
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of conversational scripts.
Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Linguistics, Communication, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience may be considered.
Must be fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Knowledge of any programming language or background in software development is an added advantage.
Familiarity with conversational AI platforms and tools is a plus.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
Nice to Have:
Experience with AI or chatbot development.
Experience with call center dialogue/ conversations/ scripts.
