Job Summary:

We are seeking an

experienced and innovative AI Development Architect

to lead the development of Lenovo's next-gen AI technology platform. You will architect scalable, GenAI-powered solutions including

model development pipelines

,

enterprise knowledge systems

, and

intelligent agents

. This role requires deep AI/ML expertise combined with strong backend engineering capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development & Technical Leadership:

Architect GenAI-powered components:

model training/inference

,

RAG-based systems

,

AI agents

. Integrate GenAI into Lenovo enterprise platforms and services. Evaluate and adopt cutting-edge AI/GenAI tools and frameworks.

Global Team Collaboration:

Work with global engineering teams across Malaysia, Singapore, and more. Define architectural standards, reusable modules, and coding practices. Mentor engineers; promote AI best practices in cross-functional teams.

Customer & Business Support:

Support technical consulting, PoCs, and enterprise-level GenAI deployments. Collaborate with product/solution teams to deliver tailored AI solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's in

Computer Science

,

AI

, or related technical field. 8+ years in software engineering, including

3+ years in AI/GenAI platform architecture

. Strong coding in

Java

,

Python

; experienced in

Spring

,

Spring Cloud

. Solid experience with

PostgreSQL

,

MySQL

,

Docker

,

Kubernetes

,

Git

, and

CI/CD

. Deep knowledge of GenAI (e.g., transformers, RAG, fine-tuning, intelligent agents). Familiar with frameworks like

LangChain

. Fluent in English; strong communication and collaboration across global teams.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM14,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
