Job Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Creation - Develop and execute engaging TikTok content strategies related to sports, including highlights, athlete features, behind-the-scenes footage, and viral challenges. Craft exciting and original TikTok content around sports - from game highlights and athlete spotlights to viral challenges and behind-the-scenes moments. Trend Monitoring - Keep up with the latest sports news, TikTok trends, challenges, and viral content to create timely and relevant posts. Community Engagement - Interact with followers, respond to comments, and foster an active and engaged sports fan community. Account Growth & Performance Analysis - Track and analyze key performance metrics (views, engagement, follower growth) to refine content strategies and maximize impact. Brand Development - Help build a bold, fun, and sporty brand identity that fans will instantly recognize and connect with.

Job Requirements:

1 year of experience in content creation or social media (fresh grads with strong portfolios are welcome!) A TikTok enthusiast who understands what makes content popon the platform Skilled in video editing tools like

CapCut

and

Adobe Premiere Pro

Fluent in

Bahasa Melayu

Mandarin

, and

English
