GECO Asia is opening selective seats for aspiring IT professionals to transition into AI Engineering roles through our "Break into AI: Hack to Hire" program happening in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 27th Nov - 12th Dec 2025.
This is not a theory course. This is a 2-week hands-on sprint where you build deployable AI prototypes for real industry pain points with guidance from mentors and industry experts.
We want people who are ready to learn fast, experiment aggressively, collaborate, and convert AI ideas into working results. If you have been wanting to move into AI but do not know where to start -- this is your entry point.

What You Will Do

• Learn practical AI toolchains (OpenAI API, n8n, Lovable, etc.)
• Work with real business use cases from partner companies
• Rapid prototype end-to-end AI solutions within 2 weeks
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (PM, BA, Software Engineers)
• Present and defend your AI prototype to industry judges on Pitch Day
• Potential deployment into real projects after the program

What We Look For

• IT background (Software Engineer, PM, QA, BA, BED, FED, etc.)
• Minimum 2 years working experience in tech or tech-related roles
• Strong curiosity + willingness to learn AI hands-on
• Can commit full program duration for 2 weeks
• Positive team mindset, ownership, and adaptability
