Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Train and fine-tune AI chatbot models to handle real-time, player-centric conversations. Build and maintain conversation flows, intents, utterances, and dialogues aligned with US gaming culture and terminology. Collaborate with game designers, support teams, and AI engineers to ensure chatbot responses are engaging, accurate, and contextually aware. Curate and annotate high-quality training data to improve the AI model's performance. Monitor chatbot conversations and analyze interaction logs to identify gaps or errors. Continuously improve the chatbot's ability to understand and respond using feedback, test results, and player input. Perform regular audits and conversation testing in collaboration with QA and UX teams.
Shift and working day:
9 am - 6 pm & Monday - FridayJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
