AI Powered Supply Chain

Candidate should have good understanding in

Supply chain network design and optimization

Inventory Optimization

Forecasting and Demand Planning

The candidate should be able to apply the same in wider Supply Chain context, in client situations for different industry verticals.

Additionally, the role would require participating in client discussions. Jointly work with other Accenture/ Client teams for business development, capability development and on project for quality delivery.

The work would require the following:

Good understanding of the Network / Inventory / Forecasting

Experience with tools in the supply chain design/ network/ inventory / planning/ forecasting (like Llamasoft, ToolsGroup, Servigistics, oracle- demand planning tool, JDA, etc.)

Good understanding of warehouse management / analytical tools (like Llamasoft, Manhattan etc.) and methods to optimize logistics costs and improve service levels

Experience in inventory optimization (Single echelon and MEIO) and replenishment planning

Appreciation of underlying business fundamentals in the supply chain domain

Good written and oral communication skills.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong process knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, sales and operations planning

Prior experience on leading delivery of projects throughout its life cycle and driving conversations, workshops, and presentations with the clients

Drive continuous improvement capability with regards to methodology, tools, practices, and maturity

Will be responsible for training team members and take active part in capability development

Relationship building with teams/stakeholders in selling, shaping and solution development for client deals by providing SME expertise on SC&O related topics

Hands on experience with best in class Supply Chain Planning and Optimization tools

Proficiency with MS word, excel and PowerPoint

Postgraduate: MBA/Industrial Engineering or management / PhD in Operation research / Optimization domain/ Master s degree in Economics or Mathematics or Statistics

Minimum Experience: 5-8 years (M level), 10+ years (SM level)

Preferred Skills:

Experience in leading teams, projects and initiatives

Strong design, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent presentation and organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Articulation of story from unstructured data and inputs

Ability to establish relationships with business stakeholders

Auto/Hi-Tech/Retail/ FMCG industry experience

Articulation of story from unstructured data and inputs

High level understanding of R/Python programming, machine learning models, planning and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)

Visualization experience (Qlikview, Power BI etc.)

Manufacturing/Auto/Hi-Tech/Retail/ FMCG industry experience

Qualifications
