Location: Plaza DNP, Johor Bahru
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM - 5:30 PM

We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Senior Account Executive / Account Executive to join our dynamic accounts team! If you have a passion for accounting, a keen eye for detail, and experience in managing full sets of accounts, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Manage the full set of accounts for the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Prepare monthly financial reports, statutory financial statements, and support the audit process. Perform daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and banks to ensure statutory compliance. Maintain and reconcile accounting records using our in-house system. Support the implementation and effectiveness of the ISO Quality Management System (QMS). Assist the Financial Controller with ad-hoc financial tasks and reporting.
What We're Looking For:

Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role. Hands-on experience with full-set accounting and financial reporting. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Autocount, SQL, SAP, Xero, etc.) is a plus. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).
