The role of the AI Solutions Developer is crucial in the development of innovative applications that leverage the power of AI. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for creating highly scalable, user-friendly solutions that meet the business needs. In a collaborative approach, you build and maintain resilient and secure applications. You will also provide support and assistance to users in utilizing these

applications to ensure continuous business value.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop solutions for AI-based applications
• Frontend development using JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (e.g. Next.JS)
• Backend development using Python
• Define databases based on MSSQL server or other databases (especially NoSQL: object, document or vector databases)
• Collaborate with the rest of the Data, Analytics & Automation team to understand requirements
• Create and / or contribute to the solution design
• Ensure that solutions are scalable and maintainable
• Participate in code reviews and ensure that code is maintainable and adheres to coding standards
• Support users in using the solutions, answer questions and support requests
• Identify and troubleshoot issues and take corrective actions
• Document code and processes for future reference
• Stay up to date with the latest AI and development trends and best practice

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in software development
• Experience with web application development with JavaScript or TypeScript (preferably with Next.JS)
• Experience with backend development with Python
• Proficiency in solution development using relational databases
• Familiarity and experience in NoSQL databases would be an advantage
• Familiarity with Machine Learning and AI concepts and frameworks is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a global team and across different time zones
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
