Support AI model training through data annotation
Analyze logs and user feedback to improve AI product performance and -customer satisfaction
Recommend and track key performance indicators for AI products
Prepare detailed reports and analysis based on findings
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features
Update and maintain chatbot and help center knowledge base
Perform other tasks as assigned by management
