We are seeking a visionary and technically adept AI Transformation Lead to drive the planning, design, and deployment of AI-powered solutions across the business. This role is central to our transformation agenda--leveraging artificial intelligence not only to scale operations and accelerate project delivery, but also to augment and scale human capability across all teams.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can identify automation and augmentation opportunities, and then architect solutions that enhance productivity, enable better decision-making, and empower our people to focus on higher-value work.
Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Human-Centric Planning
Lead the development and execution of a holistic AI roadmap that aligns with business goals and enhances both machine and human productivity.
Identify opportunities where AI can amplify human expertise, reduce cognitive load, and support intelligent decision-making.
Evangelize a human-centered AI philosophy across departments to foster responsible and effective adoption.
Solution Design & Architecture
Design and architect scalable AI/ML solutions that automate repetitive tasks while enhancing human roles (e.g., decision support tools, intelligent assistants, AI copilots).
Ensure solutions are user-centric, explainable, ethical, and aligned with data privacy and regulatory standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with teams across product, operations, marketing, sales, finance, and HR to embed AI into workflows in ways that enhance--not replace--human input.
Facilitate workshops to co-design AI solutions with business users and subject matter experts.
Implementation & Delivery
Lead the implementation of AI tools and services that augment project teams and accelerate delivery timelines--e.g., smart task routing, AI-enhanced analytics, content generation, etc.
Build scalable frameworks and reusable toolkits to support rapid prototyping and deployment of AI solutions for various use cases.
Enablement & Empowerment
Develop internal capability by mentoring teams on leveraging AI tools effectively.
Design intuitive user interfaces and low-friction workflows that allow non-technical users to benefit from AI.
Champion training programs or AI literacy initiatives that equip employees with the skills to collaborate effectively with AI systems.
Governance & Optimization
Define governance models for responsible AI usage, bias mitigation, and human oversight.
Monitor solution performance, user feedback, and business impact to continuously refine and improve.
