About the Role This position is responsible to support the AIA Vitality business by taking ownership for (a) strategic partnerships to deliver leading propositions in health and wellness, and create value to AIA and its customers, and (b) strategic planning and management of operational elements pertaining to the partners and their interactions with AIA MY business and our customers. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Develop Partner Strategy for the enhancement of AIA Vitality Programme Build a strong sustainable partner network with compelling benefits, rewards and to improve clinical integrity. Identify and establish the right partnerships and be guided by the principles and framework of AIA Vitality programme. Secure reward partners to support initiatives and to drive customer engagement. 2. Establish Strategic Partnerships Responsible for partner negotiation to deliver compelling benefits based on win-win commercial terms (i.e. optimal terms to manage the budget and feasible operational processes). Identify, analyse and address business issues from various parties within the business to achieve desired outcome. Work on partnership agreements with legal support. This includes drafting, review and negotiation to achieve consensus on business terms. 3. Partnership Management and Development Develop long-term, trustful collaborative relationship for optimal support and leverage. Responsible for renewal and maintenance of key partners. Regular monitoring and analysis of partner benefit usage and engagement and take relevant actions for improvement. Conduct business reviews and develop collaboration plans. Support engagement with partners on marketing and communication plans. Manage benefit usage and problem-solving for sustainable partnerships. Liaise with partners in partner benefit-related issues and problems. 4. Maximise Value Creation in Partnerships Develop partnership opportunities to generate more value from existing partnerships leading to drive in AIA Vitality membership and potential new business Identify and expand collaboration opportunities to support company\'s strategic initiatives and inter-departments including Brand, Corp Communication, Product teams. This may include campaigns, sponsorships and participation in AIA events. 5. Close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders for the required support in partnership negotiation/management and benefit implementation Work with Finance team to conduct cost assessments to deliver compelling benefits within budget. Work with Operations to establish feasible member journeys and operational processes for concurrence with partners. Support stakeholders in: (a) Performing due diligence including credibility check, account setup and SOP for adherence to regulations and policies, partner training and (b) Managing discussions to assist internal stakeholders and partners in problem solving where required. Minimum Job Requirements: Tertiary qualified in a relevant business discipline. Minimum 5 years\' relevant work experience, especially in business / partnership negotiation. Solid understanding of the key drivers of the insurance/healthcare and wellness business. Have strong interest in healthcare and wellness. Good presentation and communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to working in a team environment. Strong commercial acumen. Highly analytical and detail focused. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
