Key Responsibilities:

Report Optimisation & Automation

+ Develop programming algorithms to transform manual reporting processes into automated end-to-end workflows.
+ Implement solutions that extract, generate, and publish reports seamlessly using scripting and automation tools.

Big Data Analytics & Statistical Monitoring

+ Apply statistical methods to monitor quality performance and analyse large datasets.
+ Use data mining and predictive modelling techniques to uncover trends and support decision-making.

Web-Based Dashboard Development

+ Design and code interactive dashboards for visualising Key Quality Metrics and Key Customer Metrics such as:
- OBE (Out-of-Box Experience)
- OBE Downtime
- CCAFR (Customer Complaint and Failure Rate)
+ Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, scalable, and integrated with live data sources.

AI/ML Integration

+ Incorporate Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models to enhance predictive capabilities in quality monitoring.
+ Explore anomaly detection, classification, and clustering techniques to identify quality risks and improvement opportunities.


Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a

Bachelor's or Master's degree

in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Strong foundation in

programming and algorithm development

, with hands-on experience in Python, R, or similar languages. Familiarity with

data visualisation tools

such as Power BI or Tableau. Understanding of

statistical analysis

, quality control methodologies, and big data analytics. Experience or coursework in

web development

(HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is advantageous. Exposure to

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML)

concepts, including: + Predictive modelling and anomaly detection.
+ Natural Language Processing (NLP) for automating insights.
+ Model training, evaluation, and deployment for real-time applications.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, digital transformation environment. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Passion for continuous improvement and innovation in quality processes.
