AIP Intern - HR (Talent & People Development) track
Arvato Systems Malaysia, a German-based global IT service solutions company, has been enabling digital transformation for businesses since 2005.
We are now looking for passionate digital savvy individuals to join us in our Arvato Systems Malaysia Internship Program (AIP). Our aspiration is to provide opportunities for the young high-potential Malaysian undergraduates in gaining valuable hands-on digital work experience and related learning as well as being mentored by our people at Arvato Systems Malaysia to prepare them ready for the workforce.
For anyone interested, this internship program offers a dedicated track in HR (Talent & People Development).
Internship Expectations:

• Take ownership of the staff on-boarding procedure including the new hires checklist, briefing, and preparing information for data entry.
• Provide support on HRIS maintenance and create awareness via video creation.
• Liaise with relevant vendors for any related matters or correspondence.
• Support in learning and development related activities.
• Contributing to fostering a positive working environment is provided to all employees.
• Participate in initiatives that support/enhance a positive work environment for employees (e.g., social activities, team events).
• Assist any other ad-hoc Human Resource matters as and when required.
• Complete assigned deliverables within agreed timelines and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with the team and other stakeholders involved.
• Participate in company-wide initiatives and events.
• Receive guidance and mentorship throughout the internship.
• Be open for a two-way feedback and coaching.
• Be our brand ambassador.

What Must You Have:

• A Malaysian citizenship.
• Be an Undergraduate or Postgraduate who is in the final semester of your current Diploma/ Degree/ Master's in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of CGPA 3.2 and above.
• An excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• A strong team collaborative spirit with a growth mindset.
