Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist in performing routine maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems and other building facilities. Support technicians in installation, servicing and troubleshooting of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) units. Conduct basic inspections to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely. Help maintain maintenance logs, service records and inventory of tools and spare parts. Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a

Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field

. Basic understanding of air conditioning systems, maintenance tools and safety practices. Willingness to learn and perform hands-on technical tasks. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physically fit and able to work in various environments. Team player with a positive work attitude
