Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least SPM
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Technician or similar role
• Valid technician license/certification (if applicable)
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Valid driver's license (preferred)
• Skills required: HVAC system troubleshooting, Refrigerant handling and Electrical wiring

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair AC systems and components (split units, centralized systems, chillers, etc.)
• Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure systems operate efficiently
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
• Replace or repair faulty components such as compressors, motors, and thermostats
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Respond promptly to service calls and customer inquiries
• Provide excellent customer service
