Homestay is a fast growing and exciting industry which is growing rapidly. We are looking for a new team member that is enthusiastic about Airbnb management & hospitality.

• Fluent in spoken & writing in English and Mandarin (able to speak & communicate in Mandarin will be mostly preferred for hiring)
• Fresh graduates (Diploma/ Degree) and SPM leavers are encouraged to apply
• Candidates in Diploma/ Degree in Hotel Management/ Hospitality or Customer Service is an advantage; but not mandatory field
• 6-days work week, Public Holidays and weekends are on remote support as these dates are peak season for homestay management
• Positive attitude and pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service
• Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternative solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges
• Good sense of interior setting up and makeover styling is an added advantage

• Manage OTA platforms and be the key responding person to attend to all guests enquiries
• Provide smooth communication for all confirmed guests from check-in and throughout their stay with us
• Supervise housekeeping and unit cleaning SOP for all homestay units
• Organize maintenance tasks with in-house technicians
• All kind of administrative & reporting tasks
