Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Aircond Services Contractor to handle installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients. The contractor will ensure that all work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair various types of air conditioning units and systems. Diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently. Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner. Provide cost estimates, prepare job reports, and recommend upgrades or replacements when necessary. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition. Deliver excellent customer service and uphold the company's professional reputation.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an air conditioning technician or contractor. Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and mechanical operations. Ability to read technical diagrams and follow instructions. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Good communication and customer service skills. Physically fit and able to work in various environments.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with both residential and commercial projects. Familiarity with energy-efficient systems and modern technologies. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
