Responsible for Installation, Dismantle/Relocate/Service maintenance of all Air-conditioning Systems.
Responsible for control of Air-conditioning Water Treatment.
Ensure that all Air-conditioning Chemicals are kept at safe place.
Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults
Responsible for cleanliness of the located area.
Perform plan preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance & etc.
Responsible for the air-con daily log sheets.
To check fire damper regularly.
Perform other duties as required by superior.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
