Job Description

ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY :

a) To liaise with Ground Handling Agent, and airlines and maintain close relationships with them.

b) Prepare Air Export documents like MAWB, HAWB, cargo manifest and Bar Code Label

c) To be well versed in IATA rules, rates structure and computation, Incoterms and buying rates from carriers.

d) To submit FWB & FHL by carrier website.

e) Work in a small team, covering all aspects of the forwarding process.

f) To do freight booking which last minute given by customer

g) Ensure all job files are created, checked & complete as per customer's instruction.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

a) Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent qualification in any field

b) Prefer with 1 year of working experience in a similar position or industry.

c) Basic knowledge of freight forwarding and regulatory requirements would be desirable.

d) Experience dealing with Imports/Exports is beneficial

e) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

f) Strong customer service and communication (written/oral) skills

g) Proactive and can be a good team player

h) Fresh graduates welcome to apply

Working Types:

5.5 Days / Shift (On-Site) Monday - Friday : 8.5 Hours Saturday : 4 Hours
