Our client, a global leader in time-critical logistics and expedited airfreight solutions, supporting Fortune 500 companies worldwide. As part of their continued growth, our client is seeking a Key Account Analyst to support commercial activities and customer solutions within their time-critical airfreight operations.

Job Overview

The

Key Account Analyst

plays a key commercial support role, handling airfreight enquiries for time-critical services and providing competitive, value-driven quotations to win business. This role functions as an indoor sales and business support partner to the Sales and Key Account Management teams, acting as a bridge between customers, customer service, and operations.

This position focuses on pricing, solution design, and customer support, and does not involve shipment booking or operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

Handle airfreight enquiries for time-critical and urgent shipments, including AOG movements. Prepare and issue timely, competitive quotations for key accounts and ad hoc customers. Support Regional Sales and Key Account Managers as an indoor sales and commercial support function. Act as a coordination bridge between customers, customer service, operations, and internal teams. Work closely with airlines, pricing teams, and solutions teams to develop optimal logistics solutions. Ensure high service standards and fast turnaround times during the enquiry and quotation stage. Communicate service scope, pricing, and timelines clearly to customers. Review post-shipment milestones and service performance for completed shipments. Support commercial reviews, service improvement initiatives, and internal reporting. Maintain proper documentation and tracking of enquiries and quotations.

What We're Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. Experience in

international

airfreight forwarding

is required. Strong commercial mindset with good pricing and customer-handling skills. Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented, proactive, and service-driven.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
