Job Scope:
Attend to passengers' enquiries on way finding airport facilities and other passengers' issues
Proactively approach passengers and offer assistance
Handle and assist passengers' / stakeholders' on-site complaints and issues
Assist in incidents, accidents, emergencies and fall back procedures
Assist in queue and crowd management.
