Job Responsibilities
1. Provide departing passengers with check-in, enquiries, safety briefings and boarding services, and arriving passengers with disembarkation, transfer, baggage tracing and baggage-compensation services.
2. Promote and sell ancillary-revenue products to passengers in accordance with company standards and deliver service excellence.
3. Coordinate on-site responses to irregular operations, ensuring timely care for both crew and passengers.
4. Perform dangerous-goods handling functions for passenger transport within delegated authority.
5. Maintain effective communication and coordination with airport authorities, customs, immigration, health-quarantine and other relevant agencies.
Qualifications
1. Diploma or above; academic discipline open.
2. Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English.
3. Minimum one year of civil-aviation experience; three years of airport ground-handling experience preferred.
Sound knowledge of civil-aviation operations, passenger-service procedures and the company's differentiated products and workflows.
Strong interpersonal, coordination and organisational skills.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
