Algorithm Engineer

Job Description
Participate in the development and optimization of intelligent Agent systems, including:
1. Task planning, tool invocation, and search enhancement
2. Improving core LLM-Agent capabilities
3. Debugging Agent workflows, analyzing errors, and optimizing performance
4. Supporting data pipelines and evaluation frameworks to improve real-world model performance
5. Collaborating with product and engineering teams to rapidly iterate and validate Agent deployment
Requirements:
1. Background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related fields
2. Proficiency in Python with solid coding skills and engineering practices
3. Familiarity with one or more LLM integration frameworks or APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, DeepSeek, LangChain, Llama)
4. Experience in building LLM applications (e.g., Agents, RAG, tool calling, etc.)
5. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with ability to quickly identify and resolve issues
6.Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and ability to learn quickly
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with LLM-Agent frameworks (e.g., ReAct, Toolformer, AutoGen, AgentQL, LangGraph)
2. Experience in model evaluation, data pipeline construction, and prompt engineering
3. Experience in multi-model orchestration or concurrent system development
4. Practical experience in applying AI solutions to real business scenarios (e.g., recommendation systems, content moderation, marketing automation, customer support bots, data analysis)v
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
Experience:
