Job Description

The Alliance Lead oversees the Consumer Health operational processes and ensures superb customer experiences.

The Alliance Lead will support the business partner and manage long-term partner relationship at a strategic commercial level providing support to the partner for a successful mutually beneficial collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus on the partnership and collaborative work of the alliance - bridging partnering organizations and uniting independent functions within each of them to ensure strategies, activities are coordinated, communication flows, decisions are made and resources are leveraged to achieve the goals of the alliance.
  • Knowledge of the partnership contract details and monitor both Mundipharma and partner's commitments to ensure that each is realizing the value expected when the partnership was being negotiated. It is necessary to continue to look for ways to create value added plans.
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders internal and external to ensure smooth alliance management from finance perspective. Timely review of distributor KPI and highlight potential issues and risk when necessary. Also, ensure relevant accruals are recorded as aligned with contractual commitments. ie. Trade spends.
  • Evaluating the financial viability of proposed new products, opex spending, or other significant financial commitment aimed at growing volumes and improving the profitability. Formulate monthly shipment plan and coordinate with distributor on timing of shipment. Establishes internal control system both operating and non-operating in meeting with the given policies and guidelines with distributor
  • Proactive risk manager working with the appropriate governance teams to flag and advise potential risks
  • Continuously evaluating, measuring, and analyzing partner for improvement
Qualifications and Skills:
  • University Degree in Business Administration or relevant degree. MBA in Business Administration.
  • At least 7 years in management position of Sales/ Marketing in OTC, Consumer Health, FMGG industry.
  • Regional Experience.
  • P&L Handling Experience
  • Knowledge of basic processes in Regulatory and Medical Management.
  • Supply Chain experience is a plus.
