We are looking for

Ambassador

who are enthusiastic, optimistic and treat everyone with respect. You will work together with the fellow ambassadors to deliver exceptional service for our guests. We don't need you to have hotel experience, we want you to have a genuine interest, looking for multitasking experience and passionate on what you do!

What is your role?

You are responsible to welcoming our guests to the world of citizenM You are to assist our guests at our check-in and check-out kiosks; carry and store guest luggage in the luggage room You need to handle cash and other forms of payment You also need to prepare and serve all food & beverage related items by following all food safety and sanitation procedure You must maintain the hotel environment to ensure a clean and comfortable experience You are required to handle societyM meeting rooms and functions You are responsible for the shift opening, closing and side duties You need to re-stock bar, pantry, and societyM You need to familiar with Hotel Management System, Point of Sale System and Kiosk You will have to update and record all the guest feedback properly You will be required to assist in housekeeping You must demonstrate exceptional product knowledge of all the hotel products You need to be informative about hotel surroundings and able to offer advice to the guest whenever required

What are we looking for?

Candidate with a genuine, real caring, energetic and fun personality Candidate who thrive on turning traditional thinking on its head and want to do things right at first time Candidate who are able to communicate in English, both in verbal and written (other language abilities are welcome too!) Candidate that able to work well both independently and as part of the team Candidate who are computer literate

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
