We strive for execution excellence while being direct, humble, collaborative, and inclusive of diverse perspectives.AMD together we advance_THE ROLE:Program Manager responsible for the completion of complex NPI engineering projects involving AMD IP (Silicon, HW, SW, & FW) and partner technologies (Fabric, Storage, Accelerators) to deliver AMD AI and HPC solutions for customers.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define, plan, and drive engineering program plans based on AMD management and senior technical guidance
• Provide program management leadership to technical teams spanning multiple disciplines and geographies
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders in product planning, development, and validation activities
• Coordinate team communications and reviews with AMD senior management and customers
• Track and report status vs. objectives throughout the lifecycle of the program
• Experience with test-driven development, analysis and reporting
• Collaborating with business analysists and software developers, validators and system debuggers to develop validation test plan and solid schedule and strategy

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, both written and oral
• High attention to detail and good follow through in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in areas of datacenter system design, software development, and validation
• Familiarity with testing tools, methodologies, and defect tracking
• Experience with GPU, SoC architecture and microprocessor cores is a plus
• AI/HPC software stacks, ROCm, TensorFlow or Pytorch is a plus with regards to AI application
• Self-organizing and the ability to multitask based on priorities.
• 10+ years project management experience
• Bachelor\'s degree in EE, CE, or CS;
• PMP certification a plus, but not required
• Skilled in MS Office & MS Project tool suites, Confluence, MS SharePoint

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Electronics / Computer Science
