Job Description
Job Title: AMR Technical Support Engineer Job Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support for AMR and dispatching systems to customers. 2. Conduct training and guidance on the use of AMR and dispatching systems for customers. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor\'s degree or above in fields such as Electronics, Automation, or Computer Science. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automation industry, experience in AGV/AMR or industrial robotics industry is preferred. 3. Holding a long-term U.S. visa is preferred. 4. Fluent in Chinese and proficient in English. Additional Information: 1. Work location: Penang, Malaysia. 2. Occasional travel to India, North America, South America may be required. 3. Occasional training in China may be required.
