Work you will do The Kuala Lumpur Delivery Center (KL DC) team provides Application Managed Service (AMS) or Operate services to our Clients in the SEA region for the various ERP applications. We partner with our Clients to ensure business continuity and perform value added task by delivering continuous improvements within the internal IT process and procedures and also the business processes defined in the application. The support that the AMS team renders enables our Client to focus more on their strategic work whilst we focus on maintaining the business satisfaction for the implemented application. The Kuala Lumpur Delivery Center (KL DC) team works hand in hand with our Consulting team to provide end to end services to our Clients from Advisory, Implement to Operate. We are key in ensuring that there is seamless transition from the project implementation team or the Client\'s incumbent AMS service provider. Our team consist of various diverse sub-teams at various locations (Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Bangkok, Manila, Jakarta, Ho Chi Minh City, Singapore) supporting the different ERP applications. You will learn to deliver operate services which includes troubleshooting and understanding of the request/problem raised, solving day to day production issues (bug fixes) within the agreed Service Level Agreements, identifying potential areas of improvement and delivering the improvements, supporting the team in trending analysis and other internal initiatives to develop the required functional, technical and soft skills. Key responsibilities include: Perform SAP Basis administration tasks such as system installation, configuration, maintenance, backup, restore, refresh, transport management, user administration, authorization, and security. Monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and reliability of SAP systems, including database, application server, and network components. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and incidents related to SAP systems, including root cause analysis, problem resolution, and documentation. Apply patches, upgrades, and enhancements to SAP systems as per the project and maintenance requirements. Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, standards, and guidelines for SAP Basis administration. Provide technical support and guidance to other IT teams, business users, and external vendors on SAP related matters. Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 3 years of experience in SAP Basis administration, including S4 HANA, CPI, GTS, PI/PO, and Solution Manager. Strong knowledge and experience in SAP S4 HANA migration and implementation projects, including system sizing, installation, conversion, testing, and go-live. Strong knowledge and experience in SAP Basis administration tasks, such as system installation, configuration, maintenance, backup, restore, refresh, transport management, user administration, authorization, and security. Strong knowledge and experience in SAP performance tuning and optimization, including database, application server, and network components. Strong knowledge and experience in SAP troubleshooting and problem resolution, including root cause analysis, problem resolution, and documentation. Strong knowledge and experience in SAP patching, upgrading, and enhancement processes. Strong knowledge and experience in SAP best practices, standards, and guidelines for SAP Basis administration. Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Ability to learn new technologies and skills quickly. Certification in SAP Basis or S4 HANA is a plus. Curious, creative, pro-active and always seeking out new challenges.
