: Point experience: You will take care of the experience of the customers involved in the point journey Performance analysis: You will be responsible for analyzing the weekly results of the Point of Service experience KPIs and strategies to improve performance. Performance reporting and accountability: Own and maintain dashboards of metrics and reporting cadences, ensuring key stakeholders always have the right information in front of them to support data-driven decisions Prepare content for regular business meetings. Structuring and Automating: You\'ll help create and implement routines, operational process checks to address far-reaching strategies. Requirements: A Bias for Data: You naturally take a scientific and highly analytical approach to everything you do. You love to measure things and have a strong intuition for creating an insightful story on your own. You know how to leverage data to drive decisions and drive growth and marketing decisions. Knowledge with manipulation of datasets with strong quantitative skills using Excel/Google Sheets and SQL. Written and Verbal Communication: You have strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in the context of formalizing and presenting your learnings. Detailed guidance: You have high standards for everything you do and go down to the details to ensure your production consistently meets a high standard.
