Performance reporting and accountability: Own and maintain metrics dashboards and reporting cadences, ensuring key stakeholders always have the right information in front of them to champion data-driven decisions Prepare content for regular business meetings. Structure and automate: You will help to devise and implement routines, checks and balances and operational processes to cope with a fast-growing strategy. Assess new opportunities for Service Points expansion: help to plan, build and launch engage with a team of cross functional team members to execute. Knowledge with manipulation of data sets with strong quantitative skills using Excel/Google Sheets. SQL experience is a plus.
