: Support the category strategic planning (define action plan, deadline, KPI to follow) Follow up monthly/weekly/daily KPIs to support commercial decisions. Analthe yse quality of deals and negotiations Support CMs team in category analysis (SKUs, campaigns performance, hunted deals, etc) Coordinate the campaign planning calendar with category team and ensure strong offers Connect commercial and merchandising teams to ensure good quantity and quality of deals for the campaigns Analyze the market and the competition to identify growth opportunities Share best practices on processes and strategic planning between categories and identify cross category projects to be developed Understand changes in Shopee\'s and market\'s environment and identify challenges and opportunities to be developed in our cluster and categories. Guarantee that categories\' strategy is in line with Shopee\'s strategy. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree with previous experience in commercial planning or trade departments Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Power BI (as a plus) Strategic, analytical and hands on profile Communication skills and ability to work in a team with multiple interactions Flexibility to work in an organization that is constantly changing.
